CHECKED THE REDUCTANT HEATER AND IT WAS WITHIN SPECS. CHECKED POWER AND GROUND FROM THE ECM AND FOUND THE ONE WIRE NEEDS TO BE A 5 VOLT REF AND IT IS AT .87. NEEDS A NEW ECM
