INSPECTION FOUND CARBON TRACK ON SPARK PLUG. MOVED COIL AND PLUG TO DIFFERENT CYLINDERS, MISFIRE FOLLOWED PLUG AND COIL TO OTHER CYLINDER. REC. REPLACE ALL PLUGS AND COILS, THEN RE-CHECK FOR OTHER POSSIBLE ISSUES. CUSTOMER APPROVED ALL PLUGS AND 1 COIL ONLY. AFTER REPAIR: DROVE TRUCK 10 MILES – NO CODES RECORDED.

P0303 cylinder 3 misfire. Swapped cylinder 3 plug and coil to front of engine. compression check cylinder 3 and 6 checked good. no change to misfire on cylinder 3. Added supplemental fuel and misfire goes away. verified injector #3 signal good. Recommend new injector number 3. (Replaced injector no more misfire)
