- DIAGNOSE FOUND: #1 OVERHEAT ISSUE: COOLANT WAS LOW – HYDRO CARBON TEST FOUND NO FAULTS AT THIS TIME. RADIATOR IS LEAKING FROM LEFT SIDE, RADIATOR CAP IS WEAK. TRANSMISSION COOLER / AC CONDENSER IS LEAKING TRANSMISSION FLUID ALSO. REC. REPLACE AT SAME TIME WITH RADIATOR. REC. RADIATOR, CAP, THERMOSTAT, RADIATOR HOSES, TRANSMISSION COOLER NOTE: COOLING FAN IS NOT WORKING PROPER, NEED MORE DIAGNOSE TIME. #2 FURTHER TESTING OF COOLING FAN: RELAYS AND FUSES ARE GOOD AT THIS TIME. LOAD TESTING FAN CIRCUIT FOUND THE DUTY CYCLE WIRE IS UNABLE TO CARRY A LOAD, INSPECTION FOUND THE WIRE IS PARTIALLY BROKEN NEAR FAN CONNECTOR. – REPAIRED THE WIRE, FAN IS WORKING AT THIS TIME. NOTE: ENGINE OIL LEAKING FROM OIL PAN GASKET. REAR BRAKES -**** 2MM – REC. REPLACE
- RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – V8 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and recharge. DOES NOT include adjustment of Radar Sensor. Includes: R&I Front Bumper Cover.]
- THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace – V8
- CONDENSER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Front Bumper Cover. DOES NOT include drain and refill Transmission Fluid or Fluid Level check.] – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- EVACUATE, VACUUM AND CHARGE A/C SYSTEM
- RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – Both
- REPAIR BROKEN WIRE TO COOLING FAN
